B651NA “Subtle Beauty”

$475.00

Subtle beauty is clearly displayed in this pretty bracelet. The old focal charm is large and round, sterling silver with a fine turquoise stone set in a saw tooth bezel in the center. I believe this turquoise stone comes from the Dry Creek mine which closed years ago, which makes these stones very rare and sought after. I’ve added a little bundle of beads at the back just for interest. The silver shows its age with a bit of patina and I have left it as found, a fine old, simple charm. There are two sterling flowers with little dangles flanking the focal charm, and then two handsome sterling feathers. I especially like the large carved turquoise feather charm, another rarity. Then we have a fine turquoise charm set in two strands of sterling rope design, marked with a broken arrow on the back, two heart charms marked LW on the back and each with 6 pretty small turquoise stones, and 2 old sterling Kokopelli charms. I was guided by the soft colors in the charms and that led me to Dominican Larimer nuggets, all a lovely natural soft blue color, and they’re mixed with faceted aquamarine stones to make 8 very pretty charms. The last addition is 4 elegant jasper slices with all the subtle natural colors blending with the other charms. The band of the bracelet is made of faceted aquamarine stones with 2 sterling beads at the center, and measures about 8″ in wearable length. The toggle clasp is sterling silver with a feather bar.
