This richly colored green bracelet speaks of spring and renewal to me. I was pleased how the various greens and textures combined and seemed to enhance each other in unique ways. Every bracelet seems to surprise me in some way. This one caught me thinking of new grass and bright days. The focal charm is an elegant Navajo beauty, vintage and creative in its sterling setting with finely made silver curls holding a sterling leaf. The turquoise stone is soft blue-green and shows a bit of tan matrix, the bezel is simple, combined with a rope adornment. Such charms are rare and hard to find today. It is flanked by 2 sterling feathers, then 2 charms each with 7 small turquoise stones. After that there are 2 triangular sterling charms each with banded malachite stones, 6 other vintage turquoise charms, including a pretty sterling cross, signed but I can’t read the signature, and a long sterling charm with 3 black stones. The band of this 7,5″ bracelet is special. It has 2 fine, large furnace glass handmade beads both similar and rare, with stripes in black and green, 4 faceted chrysoprase beads, 2 textured sterling beads and turquoise stones. The clasp is a sturdy sterling heart clasp.
