B758NA “Little Friends Again”

I couldn’t resist these little guys so they are back again in a bracelet that makes me think of night, of exotic travels and of course the little secretive frogs, and a general jumble of pretty charms. The large focal charm has an unusual soft blue green turquoise stone with an elegant black matrix. It is set in a handmade sterling setting featuring a dotted sterling bezel and hangs about 1.75″ from the bracelet band. It is flanked by 2 long tribal charms I have used before because they add an exotic touch that makes this bracelet special. These charms are embellished with fine intricate silver patterns set against a warm bronze background, and they have pretty scalloped silver edges and wonderful workmanship. Next come the little friends again, 2 little tree frogs clinging to green beads, inquisitive little fellows beautifully handmade, then there are 2 old trade beads and 4 vintage turquoise and sterling Navajo charms. The 2 central beads in the bracelet band are green turquoise with sterling bead caps, and I have added 5 green turquoise nugget charms, making this a very full 7.34″ bracelet. The band is finished with green turquoise beads and rondelles, some with black matrix, and the sterling toggle clasp has a twiggy look and is sturdy and easy to use.
