B719NA “Summer Garden”
This bracelet is a favorite. As I look at it on a warm day in July, it seems so cool and elegant. It just seems to be speaking of calmness and a shady garden, even in our troubled times. The Navajo focal charm is an old one, perhaps more than vintage judging by its simple workmanship, hand mace with just a plain sterling bezel adorned with 6 round raindrops, a lovely old turquoise stone and an unmarked sterling backing. It hangs from the band about 1.5 “. The sterling flowers flanking this charm are rare indeed, hand made and beautifully designed with stamped flowers and lavish leaves and little turquoise stones in the center of each flower, They are marked sterling on the back. Next there are handsome sterling charms with stamped designs and malachite stones, then sterling Thunderbird charms and last there are 2 handmade turquoise charms with stampede and scalloped sterling settings. I’ve added 4 green turquoise/jasper stone slices that enhance the cool green colors, and the band of this 7.75 ” bracelet is a combination of old turquoise beads with silver bead caps and purple Russian charoite. The closure is a sterling toggle clasp decorated with little flowers. Be cool!
