This 20″ necklace features a handsome Navajo hand made pendant with a beautiful natural turquoise stone. It is embellished with sterling scallops and a fine sterling feather. It is unsigned, probably from the 1930’s and it is in perfect condition. I’ve added 2 large sterling Navajo patterned bench made beads, 2 smaller ones, stacks of natural turquoise and necklace bands each with 3 square sterling beads hand made with snake eye turquoise stones and patterned with crossed arrows and Thunderbirds. Unusual and elegant! The necklace is finished with more bench made beads and the clasp is sterling silver. I have added for your consideration pictures of the matching post earrings which hang 2.25″ long. Please see E169 for price and availability.
This is a handsome and unique one of a kind group!
Necklaces seem to make a statement. We wear them to identify ourselves, to display how we feel, who we are, and we have so many choices! Just enjoy!
